A Thing of Beauty
Pati and Nolan Carter took on a massive interior and exterior transformation when they remodeled their circa 1958 Winter Park home. The Carters renovated with family in mind; their daughter Kelly, son-in-law Rudy, and four grandchildren live nearby and visit almost daily. When everyone gathers at the Carter home, they enjoy spending time outdoors on the covered terrace, which overlooks the expansive backyard and Lake Virginia.
